Error description
The priority of technical rules may not be correctly published to Decision Center: instead a value such as "?variable1" is replaced by "-1" on the Decision Center side. This is similar to APAR RS01146 but happening with Technical rules instead of Business Rules.

use numeric priority or one of the values maximum / high / low / minimum
