In the Enterprise and Business Console, the available permissions for "Baseline or Branch", "Change Activity", "Release" are Create/Update/Delete. However, for "Validation Activity", the View permission is also available. Permissions for "Validation Activity" should be the same as the permissions for all other branch types (Release, ChangeActivity, Baseline/Branch)
