  In Decision Center Enterprise the textfield is not available,
  however the label is displayed.
  In Decision Center Busines, although the field is there and
  working almost fine, you cannot save multiple selection.

Problem summary

• The entreprise console does not display the property editor
  properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Entreprise console is fixed.
  Business console does not support multi valued property editor
  this remains a limitation
