• In response header of a REST query the content-type is present
  only for smaller response:
  HTTP/1.1 200 OK
  Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1

  Content-Length: 8111

Local fix

Problem summary

• The content-type header is not  always written, relying on the
  transport layer to do it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed, the content-type is always specified
