• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When running a query, an error message is logged in the server
  log, such as
  2014-02-14 09:19:34,991 SEVERE [ilog.rules.teamserver.ejb.
  service.dao.IlrElementDAOJDBC] (ajp-0.0.0.0-7603-11) An error
  occured during SQL translation of query :
  Find all constraint rules
                  such that the constraint number of each
  constraint rule is 12345
  The query will be executed anyway using an engine.
  Please send this log to jrules-support
  

Local fix

• Use 'equals' instead of 'is' in the query.  For instance,
  Find all constraint rules
    such that the constraint number of each constraint rule
  equals 12345
  

Problem summary

• The SQL translator for queries does not properly handle
  operation on numbers and fails to generate SQL for it
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is modified to generate SQL for test involving numbers
