Error description

  • If Decision Center contains only one decision service, and
this decision service has only one rule project, the users will
not be able to create a new ruleapp as the decision service drop
 down is not working during ruleset creation.

Local fix

  • Add/publish another rule project to Decision Center.

  • There is no implementation  in the code for this particular
scenario.
