APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Beyond a certain size for a domain, the drop down list expected
  in Excel to select a value in a DT cell no longer shows, and
  values need to be keyed in instead (or the edit bar may be used
  instead).
  This is caused by a limitation in Excel reported here:
  http://connect.microsoft.
  com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/779032/except%20ion-raised-
  when-setting-data-validation-on-range-in-an-excel-addin
  

Local fix

• Regardless of the version of Excel that is used, it should be
  possible to get to the complete list of valid domain values
  through the edit bar.
