Error description
If a Rules for .NET project contains a BOM Enum value, which is not verbalized, migrating this project to ODM using the migration tool, RuleProjectMigration.exe, could throw the following error: GBRST0105E: Exception raised. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Verbalize all BOM enum values before migration
Problem summary
The translator expect that enumeration will have a verbalization. If none is present it fails. A fix will be available in the next major version after 8.5
