APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Following the DGS storyboard, I login as Rachel.
  If I select the 'In progress' CA  called  "Update pricing
  policy for NJ"  (Rachel is an author for that CA),
  then I can open and edit the DT: /Base
  Premium/Collision/Collision Price Table
  The breadcrumb at the top of Business Console is correct.
  Now, I go to the Library tab in order to open same DT in the
  same CA. I make sure I open the CA and then select the DT.
  When the DT view is displayed, the bread crumb is incorrect
  And of course, I can't edit the DT since I'm viewing the one in
  
  the release instead of the one in the CA.

• the code is modified to make sure breadcrumbs are properly
  referencing the path of the visible element.
