APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • It turns out that in the "Transaction History" context-scope
business objects. The accumulating array limit set to 7 days.
It seems the time duration is limited to a week as Decision
Center will divide the number of days by 7 and count the
    remainder only.
In case of 7 (or any multiple of 7) days, Decision Center will
see it as 0 which causes the exception.

Local fix

  • enter for the limit any value that is not a pure multiple of 7
    days (you can also add
    hour/minute/seconds as well).

Problem summary

  • the code does not expect a number of day to be a multiple of 7
    and throws an error

Problem conclusion

  • the code is modified to support this value in in the duration.
