APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using HTDS an XML request containing elements in the empty
  namespace (xmlns="") may cause incorrect warning RTWARN006 to
  be logged, for example:
  [4/2/13 19:50:38:399 PDT] 00000082 execution ﾠ ﾠ ﾠ ﾠ W ﾠ ﾠ Warni
  during deserialization of the XML string : RTWARN006: in source
  ?, after line 54, before lines ?, The element named
  someElementName must not be related to a namespace.
  

Local fix

• change WAS trace level to only show RES execution errors with :
  *=info: com.ibm.rules.res.execution=severe
  or set elementFormDefault="qualified" in schemas to force use
  of qualified element names
  

Problem summary

• When the namespace associated with the htds parameter is passed
  onto the object representing the parameter. When we do this the
  first namespace associated is used and this prevents from
  using the namespace that is defined on the object itself
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is modified so that if a namespace is defined on the
  parameter it is not modified by the namespace of the HTDS
  parameter.
