  • An installation issue is noted when installing Decision Service
    8.0.0.1 after performing an uninstall/reinstall of Decision
    Center 8.0.0.1
    
    Updating of DS 8.0.01 with these steps:
    1) Install WODM 8.0.0.0 on 64bit WAS 7.0/AIX
    2) Update WODM 8.0.0.0 with DC 8.0.0.1 FP
    3) Un-install DC 8.0.0.1 FP
    4) Update WODM with DS 8.0.0.1 -> exception thrown

Problem summary

  • Eclipse installer provided in 8001 fix pack  for AIX 64 bits is
     incomplete
    

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

  • Change the silent option scripts and do not install eclipse
    with the fix pack 1.
    A solution is integrated in the next version of the product. We
    will provide an updated eclipse as it becomes available for the
    8.0 release.
