Error description
An absolute URL (with hostname and port) is generated by IlxWView when we print the ruleflow/dtree component on the ruleflow/dtree details page. The hostname and port is calculated using the HTTP request. When WebSeal is used with junction cookies, absolute URL are not modified by WebSeal and so the URL is the one used by WebSeal instead of the one used by the client browser. The impact is that the image of the ruleflow/dtree is not displayed.

Problem summary
When displaying the ruleflow or dtree details page, the graph image may not displayed if RTS is behind a reverse web proxy. This is because the generated image URL is absolute, whereas it should be relative to the Rule Team Server web context.
Problem conclusion
Modified the source code to fix the issue
