RS00405: AN EXTRACTOR WITH NO NAME PREVENTS RULE SYNCHRONIZATION WITH RTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is not possible to publish a project with an extractor
  without name. When trying this the following exception is
  thrown. The extractor failing prevents the creation of the
  project and therefore prevents the creatio of every element the
  project.
