  if the ruleflow is not modified explicitely the IRL is not
  generated with this new package.
  The extracted ruleset does not contain the newly added package
  the consequences are visible during execution.
  

Local fix

• edit the ruleflow before generating a ruleset or proceed with  a
  
  clean build.
