RS00205: IN RULE STUDIO, WHILE ADDING CUSTOM PROPERTIES, VALUES APPEAR AS NULL AND ARE NOT ORDERED CORRECTLY

Error description

• When adding custom properties to a BOM class in Rule Studio, the
  properties are ordered alphabetically  by name, but the values
  are changed to null and the order of the values is switched
  while editing.
  Once you have finished editing the values, the values of the
  properties are correctly ordered, and the values revert to their
  original non-null values.
  

Local fix

•  Add custom properties to the BOM class in ascending order of
  the property name
  

Problem summary
