RS00192: IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OF THE BUILD ERRORS UNTIL RESTARTING THE WORKSPACE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Consider the following projects structure: Rule project -> BOM
  project -> XOM project. If the BOM project is closed, there are
  errors reported, which is normal due to the missing BOM
  elements. However after reopening the BOM project, then clean
  build the workspace, errors still exist. There is no way for the
  workspace to build successfully until restarting Rule Studio
  then do a clean build.

• restart Rule Studio, do a clean build
