Error description

• Created for RATLC01550930.
  
  We open an existing record called ServiceRequest
  The Service Request has a Tab called Tasks. We click on that
  Tab.
  There are 2 reference list fields. The uper one shows open Tasks
  and the
  bottom one closed tasks.
  If you open one of the tasks at the bottom and hit the reopen
  action of
  the task and save it, it should disapear from the bottom list
  and appear
  at the upper list of the service Request.
  To achieve that, one would asume hitting the refresh botton of
  the
  "Mother Record" Service Request would refresh the display.
  In 8.0.0.2 that is the case
  In 8.0.0.7 it is not. An error is thrown like:

  Customer has created a reproduction schema, see attached
  PMR.txt, and provided a screen recording for the exact steps,
  see
  PMR23636SGC724.mp4.
  I can reproduce the error but can't find a solution.
  The error is not shown in a core trace, it seems to be on
  browser level. When I installed Firebug to analyse, the error
  doesn't come up.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.9.  ClearQuest Web is now
  fixed to no longer throw this error message.
