  *                      PCF messages inquiring CHLAUTH objects. *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  If the SYSTEM.CHLAUTH.DATA.QUEUE has not been defined then
  attempts to list the CHLAUTH objects from the WebSphere
  MQ Explorer or via a PCF message may fail with MQRC 2195
  (MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR).
  
  In addition, an S0C4 abend in CSQNRTS may also occur.
  
  This is caused by the failure of CSQMDCA to pass the
  appropriate PCF parameters to the command server
  when generating error messages for MQ API call failures.
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing has been amended to ensure the correct parameters are
  always passed to the command server.
