    ****************************************************************
The Quick Access field allows for the invocation of various
actions. Because the Filters actions wasn't correctly
filtered from the list, executing it would cause the
exception due to the context of the action being incorrect.

    For more technical details, see:

    https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=420189

Problem conclusion

  • The action wasn't intended to be available outside of the
context of the editor that it is used in. The action has
been corrected so that it will only be available when the
    context allows it.
