Error description

• When you insert or save a sub-template in ReporterPlus in
  Windows 7, there is no field for inserting a description or
  reading one. This was available in Windows XP.
  
  Symptom:
  -------
  No description field is available when saving or inserting a
  sub-template in ReporterPlus.
  
  Configuration:
  -------------
  Environment = Microsoft Windows 7 (R)
  Tool = IBM Rational Rhapsody (R)
  Version = 7.6.1
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  ------------------
  1) Open a template in ReporterPlus.
  2) Attempt to save a node (Right-click a template item and
  select 'Save Node').
  
  OR
  
  1) Open a template in ReporterPlus.
  2) Attempt to insert a node (Right-click a template item and
  select 'Insert Node From File').
  
  Expected Results:
  ----------------
  A Load / Save dialog appears with a description field for the
  selected template.
  
  Actual Results:
  --------------
  There will be no field available to read or write a description.
  
  WORKAROUND
  Use Rhapsody on Windows XP where the description field is still
  visible.
