PM98964: After upgrade a log on prompt appears to re-enter the bind user credentials.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On Cognos Configuration, credentials ( user/password ) are
  prompted in order to test the authentication source after 10.2.1
  FP1 is installed. ??After several valid user/password are
  entered including the bind user used on configuration, error
  messages are displayed.??Regardless valid credentials test will
  fail.??Note though that the system is started and users are able
  to log on Cognos Connection. Apparently system works correctly.
