Error description
While modifying a existing record by double clicking on a drop down combo box that contains a list of users (approx 8000) and type in the user name. Then click on the arrow on the drop list (which consists of 'Y' or 'N'), and then save the record. When done very quickly the drop down list changes to null and is saved that way which is a invalid value.

Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.2. The ClearQuest Web drop down list is now saved with a valid (non-NULL) value even when the actions are done very quickly.
