Error description

• When the application is closed and a Push notification occurs,
  clicking
  on the push notification bar will open the application but the
  wlCommonInit() is not triggered.

Problem conclusion

• Now the platform-specific JavaScript code correctly checks for
  pending push notification messages on the application startup.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 5.0.6.2 and fixpack 6.0.0.2.
