APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Analytics data for a non-real number as version, such as 1.1.0,
  will not show, but data for a version such as 2.0 will show.
  The cause is that version numbers are treated as real numbers.
  Hence 1.1.0 would be considered an illegal expression and
  discarded and 2.0 is an acceptable number.
  

Local fix

• Use real numbers as versions.

  * version will not be displayed in the Analytics console.      *

Problem conclusion

• The problem was that the application version was being indexed
  as a number instead of a string. The version is now being
  indexed as a string and will function as expected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for fixpack 6.0.0.2.
