  An 5C6-00E50079, invalid ROB, issued by CSQVSRX occurs during
  qmgr shutdown.
  
  The abend occurs when a CSQ2QCP0 thread (in this case for an IMS
  Bridge shared queue) is being shutdown (due to IMS being
  restarted) at the same time as CSQ2TIMX is running.
  There is a timing window where CSQ2QCP0 can release the ROB
  after CSQ2TIMX has checked for qte.fTimerRunning, but before
  CSQ2TIMX/CSQ2POST has issued the CSQVRESM, which results in the
  abend seen here (i.e. released ROB passed to CSQVSRX).
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ2TIMX has been updated to only call CSQ2POST when there is a
  event notification ROB and to protect the call with a latch.
