  *                       - CSQE135I is issued with incorrect    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  During RECOVER CFSTRUCT processing, the queue manager connected
  to a failed application structure and began recovering the
  recoverable contents of the structure. During this process, the
  application structure was failed, causing IXL calls made by
  RECOVER CFSTRUCT processing to fail ixlRsnCodeBadConToken.
  This return code was not expected in CSQEQSR1, leading to this
  call abending 5C6-00C51159.
  If an application attempts to use a queue on the structure
  being recovered after it had failed again, a deadlock can
  occur between the backup task and the structure task, leading
  to the RECOVER CFSTRUCT hanging with the structure in
  STATUS(INRECOVER), and leading to the application hanging.
  When in this state, CSQE135I is issued every two minutes
  and can display an incorrect RBA=000000000000.
  

Problem conclusion

• RECOVER CFSTRUCT processing is changed to detect a subsequent
  structure failure occurring during recover processing and fail,
  reporting the failure with CSQE158E, rather than abending or
  deadlocking.
