PM98088: MSG EQQL509E IS ISSUED WHEN TRYING TO ADD APPLICATIONS WHICH AREMEMBERS OF APPLICATION GROUP WITH EXTERNAL DEPENDENCIES TO LTP

Error description

• Using BCIT to add an occurence of application group to
  the long term plan with the following ACTION statements:

  ACTION=OPTIONS,LTDEPR=Y,ERROR=N;
  ACTION=INSERT,RESOURCE=LTOC,ADID=*,GROUPDEF=LTP,
  IAD=130905,IAT=1111.

  is ending in error.
  Only one application is added but not the other application and
  the BCIT
  job
  abends with RC08 and the following error message:
  EQQL509E The specified occurrence already exists
  EQQY830I The request is INSERT LTOC, occurrence 130905LTPADD1
  is issued.
