Error description

  • Rational Developer for System z (RDz) - JES Job Monitor (JMON)
IVP fekfivpj fails with RC 61, connection refused.

JMON is altered to bind to the loopback address only, but the
IVP was not adjusted and still attempts to connect on the
default IP stack.

Local fix

  • Work around: Specify LOOPBACK_ONLY=OFF in FEJJCNFG and restart
JMON.
