Error description

• Under some circumstances an XSD file which uses substitution
  group references to another file will prevent the import of that
  XSD file to IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) and cause a
  stack overflow error.  Likewise a stack overflow error will
  occur if a WSDL referencing this XSD is imported.
