PM97655: Print form output ends up on wrong row under certain circumstances

Error description

• When a print form constant field ends exactly at the end of the
  line and another print form constant field follows, it is
  possible that the lines will be merged.

  When a print form constant ended at the exact rhs of the
  line and another constant began at the next line, it was
  possible that these lines were merged and incorrect layout
  would occur. The logic needed to check for this condition
  and insert a new line command for the form. This was being
  done for variable fields, but wasn't for constant fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• The software was updated. The check is now made for all
  types of fields.
