• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to use shortcut keys results to nothing because the
  keys are greyed out in the menu options.
  
  Error Description:
  
  In several text editors (i.e. java editor, HTML editor, XML
  editor), you are often times not able to use the hotkeys to do
  such things as copy/paste/find/undo but these are still usable
  through the mouse.
  
  Local fix:
  
  1. Use your mouse to highlight text
  2. Use the desired hotkey by right clicking and selecting it in
  the pop-up menu
  
  ** This workaround only works for items that have a menu option
  in the pop-up menu when right clicking with your mouse.
