PM97270: ERROR PRS-TRS-0902 WHEN ACCESS DYNAMIC CUBE METRICS UNDER COGNOS ADMINISTRATION

Error description

• When Dynamic Cube Metrics for a cube is accessed in Cognos
  Administration the first time after restart the metric (values
  0) is displayed. When a report run against that Dynamic Cube and
  Metrics is accessed again then error PRS-TRS-0902 The "XSLT"
  transform instruction encountered an error while processing the
  source at location
  "/cogadmin/transforms/gen-ui-markup/metrics.xslt" is encountered
  

Local fix

• Setup a windows user with "Regional Settings" or "Region and Lan
  guage" => Format = "English (United States)", run Windows Cognos
   Service under that User. But keep in mind this will change the
  default format! The second option is "let everything as it is an
  d do not use Dynamic Cube Metrics" until software defect is fixe
  d.
