  Report, model and cube were migrated from 8.4.1 to 10.2.1   -
  Client has been using the following expression that worked in
  8.4.1 but throws the following error on validation in 10.2.1:
   QE-DEF-0459 CCLException   OP-ERR-0247 Unsupported filtering by
  'property="(rolevalue('_memberCaption',[Launch Year]) =
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',firstChild([CY])) or
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',[Launch Year]) =
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',firstChild([CY-1])) or
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',[Launch Year]) =
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',firstChild([CY-2])) or
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',[Launch Year]) =
  rolevalue('_memberCaption',firstChild([CY-3]))) and [Value] +
  [Actual+FC] <> 0"' for 'set="members([Launch Year])"' because
  the level in the property filter expression is below the level
  of the set being filtered in 'dataItem="New Prod Launch Years"'.
