APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Web Publishing: Although the pattern (i.e. binary order,
  character code) is unknown, a certain set of Japanese text,
  which appears perfectly fine on UML diagrams, shows up as a
  string of white squares in the generated PNG/JPG images. This
  issue was once fixed in APAR PM86151. But code change was
  overwritten later,  so this issue is happening again. See more
  detail in Bug 416891 in Bugzilla.
