Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to access the JPA manager beans in the page data view
  results in the following not being displayed to the user.
  
  Error Description:
  
  You open a JSP page with the page designer in the Web
  perspective. Then, you close the product without closing the JSP
  page. Open the product again and click on Window ? Show View ?
  Other ? Page Data. In the Page Data view, assuming you had JPA
  managers in your project configured before closing the
  application, expand JPA. Then, when you expand 'JPA Manager
  Beans', all the manager beans you have configured will not
  populate.
  
  Local fix:
  
  1) Close all tabs before closing the product.
  2) Close the project and then re-open it.

  There is racing condition between Page Data view and JPA

Problem conclusion

• A mechanism to prevent the race condition was added to avoid
  this kind of problem.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in Rational Application
  Developer v9.0.1.
