Error description

• 1. Problem Description
  Windows Application event log gives warning message about
  registry handles leak every minutes
  
     Message:
     Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other
  applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The
  applications or services that hold your registry file may not
  function properly afterwards.
  
  2. Environment
      bfagent 7135 in Windows 2008 R2 Japanese Edition
  
  3. Reproduce step
      - it could not be reproduced in our testing environment, but
  it always occurs customer's machine
      - the message  is not logged if remove bfagent from the
  machine

Problem conclusion

• call the new MS API, the issue is fixed
