  Attempting to use the download count OpenSocial gadget on user
  dashboard or asset details page does not display any
  information.
  
  Error Description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  - Log into RAM
  - Go to extensions page
  - Select download count OpenSocial gadget and add to dashboard
  - Go to dashboard and try to use the download count viewlet. -
  It never reports any findings.
  
  
  
  WORKAROUND:
  There is no known workaround at this time.
