Error description

• Using the Synergy plugin for Eclipse release 7.2.0.2 to connect
  to Synergy 7.1.0.7 will attempt to connect to Rational Change
  when establishing the connection or when performing certain
  activities like creating a task, checking out a project, etc.
  
  If the Synergy database is not used by Rational Change, the
  Synergy Message View pops open displaying the error

  Change server is not enabled for this session.

  While this error causes no harm, the attempted connection is not
  warranted and the Message View that opens is a nuisance.
