PM95025: Unable to open capsule properties on double click

Error description

• The following behavior which I described earlier with Ubuntu
  10.04 also exists with SLES 11:
  
  The properties update issue seems to occur
  in some windowing configurations and not others.  Typically I
  have
  three separate windows open one with the project explorer, one
  with
  properties/code view/console/problems and one with editing
  windows.
  
  These windows are obtained by 'tearing off' the windowing tabs
  into
  separate windows from the default RSARTE window and then
  rearranging
  them for convenience in editing.  I work in a 3 monitor
  configuration.
  
  When all three windows are separate, the properties window is
  not
  updated correctly.  See the attached screen capture.  When the
  project
  explore is merged into the main window with the properties
  window
  separate, the properties window is updated correctly.

Problem conclusion

• This problem originates from Eclipse. As a few workarounds
  exists, it is closed as No plan to fix.
  
  Workarounds:
  The problem is not seen on RedHat 6, it is specifiic to 5.x.
  An alternative workaround: Open the file manually.
