PM94028: Query Studio filter for "Do not show last <n> days" returns future dates

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Query Studio report is created with a date field filtered
  using Operation "Last number of days" and Condition "Do not show
  the following (NOT)".  In 10.2 GA and previous versions of BI
  this returns only dates before the specified relative date.
  After applying the fix for PM81897 the report also returns
  future dates.
