PM93054: [wi 91105] AssetManager.getAssetType doesn't pull in the community relationships

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• RAM shows error message that asset type doesnot belong to
  community when they tried to change asset type. But this asset
  type defined to that community already.
  The is due to AssetManager.getAssetType(assetid, assetversion,
  submission) only getting the assettype from the asset directly
  but it doesn't pull in the community relationships. The
  RepositoryValidationManager.getAssetTypeURIString(assetid,
  assetversion) calls this AssetManager method, but
  RepositoryValidationManager assumes this is a full assettype,
  including all community relationships. It is the community
  relationships that are used to determine if valid. Since the
  community relationships are empty and the asset type is
  restricted to specific communities then the validation fails
  because it doesn't find a community relationship for the
  selected community.
