  the button in RichUI
  
  Error description:

  3. Click on the label instead of the radio button itself
  Expected Result:
  Corresponding radio button is selected as in Dojo 1.7 examples
  Actual Result:
  Nothing happens
  
  Workaround:
  None
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Each time a radio's label is clicked, this option is not check
  or unchecked.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix resolved the problem by adding response callback to the
   label's click event so that when label is clicked, this option
  will also be check or unchecked.
