Error description

  • Abstract:

Attempts to validate WSDL files in projects that contain spaces
in the name result in validation errors when the projects are
shared in IBM Rational Team Concert v3 and v4.

Error Description:

1. Create a project that contains spaces in the name
2. Add some valid WSDL files with references to XSD files
3. Validate the project: no errors are reported
4. Share the project in Rational Team Concert
5. Validate the project again: now many validation errors are
reported. The errors have the following form:

XSD: Type reference 'urn:typename' is unresolved.

Workaround:

Rename the project so that it does not contain any spaces in the
name.
