Error description

• Client ATO is testing the importer functionality in RSA 8.5.1
  connected to a TADDM 7.2.1.3 inventory, and have found 13
  problems in RSA/TADDM integration, following is one of the
  issues:

  1.  Selection of 'and x more...' object breaks copy/delete
  If a unit exceeds a certain number of child units, the topology
  automatically shows a limited selection of them with a 'and x
  more...' object.  Even when you choose to show all the units, it
  still remains as a 'and 0 more...' object. When the user presses
  ctrl+A to select all units on a topology, this object is
  selected by default.  As it's not a real unit, having it
  selected breaks the copy and paste process (select all units on
  one topology, copy to clipboard, try to paste in second topology
  and nothing appears), and it also breaks the delete process
  (select all units on one topology and press ctrl+delete, nothing
  happens).  See 'Importer Issue 1 - Select All.jpg', which shows
  that the edit options are disabled while the unit is selected.

  with a 'and x more...' consolidated view object. When
  consolidated view object is present within a unit view the
  copy and paste of the unit is not working properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Copy and paste issues are now resolved when the unit view
  contains a consolidate view also.
