Error description

• You may notice errors like these in the error log on an IBM
  Rational ClearCase 8.x WAN Server even when the
  ClearCase-ClearQuest UCM integration is not being used.

  Internal Error detected in
  '/vobs/atria/lib/squid/ad/lib/squid_cq_credential.cxx' line 877
  CCRC WAN Server: Error: Unexpected error.
  
  This is due to a product defect where a check is performed for
  the integration, and that check does not need to run since the
  integration is not in use. The WAN Server silently logs an
  error; clients are not affected and the operation succeeds.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Join a UCM project that is not ClearQuest-enabled from
  ClearTeam Explorer using a web view.
  2. In the web view, create a new activity and make it the
  current activity. The icon for this is just to the right of the
  current selected activity. You can also perform an operation
  such as checkin, checkout or add to source control and create a
  new activity during the process.
  
  Workarounds: None. The error is harmless and may be ignored.
