PM92188: DUPLICATE SMS NOTIFICATIONS WHEN UPGRADING OS VERSION

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• OS version upgrade in iOS causes a change in device ID.
  The scenario is:
  * run push notifications app on device, subscribe.
  * upgrade OS version.
  * run app again and subscribe again.
  result - there are 2 records in the NOTIFICATION_DEVICE table
  in the database, because the device ID has changed. The old
  subscription cannot be removed using WL.Client.Push.unsubscribe.
  The customer reported of the problem in SMS notifications, but
  it applies to push notifications as well.

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to properly deal with a change in the
  device ID caused by an iOS upgrade.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for fixpack 5.0.6.2
  and is available in fixpack 6.0.0.1.
