  Problem Description:
  
  A module lock is not released from the source module when you
  delete links from the target module.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Create Source Module and Target Module
  2. Create a link from an object in Source module1 to an object
  in Target module.
  3. Save the changes and close both modules.
  4. Open Target module which has in-link.
  5. Select Link ? [Delete All Links...] and delete all links.
  6. Log in as another user and double-click Source module, you
  should get the message the module is locked.
  
  Workaround: You need to open and close the Source module once
  and then the lock is releases or remove the lock from Tools ?
  Manage locks option.
