Error description

• The Modify Reviewer Policy does not filter out the 'Owners'
  attribute.
  
  If users use the policy and select the Owers attribute, they
  will receive this message: Lifecycle reviewer attriubte not
  found.
  
   Also, if this policy works as designed, it will run into other
  problems when users select Owners and  'Replace Reviewer'
  
  How to reproduce the issue.
  
  1. Add Modify Reviewre Policy to you asset's lifecycle
  2. Set the attribute name to Owners
  3. Save and Trigger to policy
  
  To workaround the issue, users must use a different user
  attribute name.
