Error description

• The DWA smart card documentation should explicitly state that
  smart card authentication needs to be implemented in DOORS first
  before it can be used in DWA.
  
  There should also be an example of what you need to add to the
  server.xml file to get smart card authentication implemented
  with DWA. This is done for SSL in DWA (see:
  http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/doorshlp/v9/topic/com.ibm.rati
  onal.dwa.install.doc/topics/t_configureSSL.html)
  so it should be done for smart card authentication as well.
